🎓 Qualification & Experience
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years in a relevant quality or supplier-facing engineering role
🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Skills
✅ Manufacturing Knowledge:
- Processes: Machining, Forging, Plastic Molding, Rubber Molding
- Special Processes: Heat Treatment, DIP Painting, Plating, Powder Coating
✅ Technical Expertise:
- Engineering Drawings & GD\&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- SPC, Control Plan, PFMEA, 7 QC Tools
- CAPA, 8D, Why-Why Analysis
- Basic knowledge of DOL (Direct Online) Concept
✅ Certifications:
- VDA 6.3 Qualified Process Auditor (with 5th Day Oral Test Pass Certificate)
✅ Daily Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Incoming Quality Team
- Handle daily line & supplier quality issues
- Conduct supplier audits and prepare monthly MIS reports
- Maintain excellent written & verbal communication with internal/external teams
