✅ Mandatory Requirements
- Strong experience in MIG welding of chassis parts
- Proven track record of handling MSIL / SMG as a customer
- Leadership role in a Tier-1 automotive manufacturing environment
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Robotic Welding Shop – Setup, operation & troubleshooting
- Maintenance – Daily machine health, preventive & breakdown
- Jig & Fixture Management – Based on CMM reports and quality checks
- PPC & Dispatch – Active participation in production planning, dispatch, and BOP store coordination
- Quality Control – In-house QA + customer & supplier quality management
- Stamping Process – Knowledge of press shop and related tooling
- Customer Audits – Handling audits and technical visits from OEMs
- Manpower Planning – Efficient handling of workforce across shifts
- Plant Profitability – Driving results, cost control, and process KPIs
- Spare Management – Tools, spares, and consumables oversight
- Cost Saving Initiatives – Waste reduction, lean implementation, and process improvement
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 20–27 years in the automotive sheet metal/chassis domain
- Excellent team management, leadership & decision-making skills
- Experience with robotics, welding automation, and OEM quality systems
- Strong understanding of customer requirements, cost optimization, and operational KPIs
