🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer/prospect feedback, share insights with internal teams
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs
- Handle order entry into ERP systems, including scheduling agreements
- Verify purchase orders, track price changes, and manage quantities
- Actively generate new leads via cold calling, networking, and social media
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
- Maintain communication with key decision-makers for RFQ follow-ups
- Prepare monthly dispatch plans and coordinate with departments for execution
- Ensure on-time dispatches as per customer schedules
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Support the Business Development Manager in preparing sales figures and trend reports
- Prepare sales performance reports using ERP/Excel
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets
