🎓 Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Regular)
🧰 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance functions of the injection molding plant
- Ensure minimal breakdowns, timely preventive maintenance, and optimal machine utilization
- Manage maintenance of Injection Molding Machines, Auxiliary Equipment, and Plant Utilities
- Ensure safety compliance, maintenance documentation, and statutory audits
- Guide a team of technicians, engineers, and external service providers
- Troubleshoot issues across electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies
🌟 Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Injection molding machines (IMM) and supporting automation
- Plant utility systems (compressors, chillers, DG sets, etc.)
- Electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Prior experience in project execution (greenfield or brownfield) is a strong advantage
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Should be ready to take complete ownership of the plant’s maintenance performance
