🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope and prepare project requests or charters
- Coordinate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams for readiness of tools, processes, and equipment
- Develop and manage project timelines in alignment with customer milestones
- Conduct risk analysis and implement monitoring plans
- Escalate project delays, failures, or support requirements in a timely manner
- Ensure smooth communication and execution across all stakeholders
✅ Requirements
- Strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes
- Experience in customer handling and coordination
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office Suite, and MS Project
- Basic knowledge of clutches and overall automotive systems
- Excellent planning, reporting, and problem-solving skills
🎓 Preferred Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering (preferred)
- Previous experience in Tier-1 automotive suppliers is a plus
