🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for rubber manufacturing
- Handle in-process inspections, final product quality checks, and customer audits
- Manage testing documentation, PPAP, APQP, and corrective action reports
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and customer service teams for quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific quality norms
- Monitor non-conformities, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in rubber industry QA/QC is highly preferred
- Familiarity with tools like 7QC tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods, measurement instruments, and process audits
- Good communication skills and ability to manage customer quality queries
- Hands-on with internal audits and documentation
