🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections for:
- Incoming materials
- In-process components
- Final products
- Conduct raw material (RM) and product testing using standard tools and gauges
- Implement process improvement measures in coordination with production
- Monitor ongoing production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Work closely with production and inter-department teams to ensure quality alignment
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Maintain proper quality records, documentation, and audit compliance
✅ Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Basic understanding of quality standards, ISO/QMS, and inspection tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Freshers with strong fundamentals or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome
