🧠 Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement SPM development, line installations, and assembly setups
- Evaluate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and eliminate 7 types of wastes
- Prepare Control Plan, PFMEA, and PED documents with high accuracy
- Hands-on experience in pneumatics, electrical and electronic systems (panel wiring, connections)
- Programming and troubleshooting of PLC & HMI systems
- Expertise in sensors, electric components, and their applications
- Conduct Karakuri Kaizen, data analysis, and continuous improvement (Kaizen)
- Drive installation and parameter locking of SPM machines
- Lead productivity improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of blow molding process and maintenance systems
- Develop A, B, C ranking PM schedules and manage spares effectively
- Ensure compliance with IATF/VSA standards
- Layout design using AutoCAD / 3D Catia
- Apply principles of TPS (Toyota Production System)
- Analyze and track MTTR / MTBF metrics
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in SPM, automation, or assembly line development
- Strong understanding of control systems, quality planning, and lean practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Catia, PLC programming, and FMEA tools
- Good communication and leadership skills
