🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years (Immediate joiners preferred)
🏭 Department: Quality Management System

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001 & IATF 16949
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities
• Handle document control, SOPs & report compliance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives
• Train teams on QMS standards and updates

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of QMS tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC)
• Experience with manufacturing or automotive quality systems
• Proficient in MS Office, audit documentation, and data-driven reporting
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
