📅 Experience Required: 10 to 14 Years

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor daily production plans on the shop floor
• Analyze and act on MIS reports and key operational metrics
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and manufacturing methods
• Monitor and improve OCE (Overall Cost Effectiveness)
• Achieve first-time-right production for both in-house and external models

🎯 Key Deliverables:

• Implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) strategies
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
• Ensure timely product delivery
• Promote and implement effective workforce skill development
• Drive training, development, and performance initiatives within the team
