- Experience: 2–3 years in HR roles (plant/manufacturing experience preferred)
- Qualification: MBA in HR / MSW
- Gender: Male candidates only

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Oversee performance management systems and HR operations
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and audits
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and maintain documentation
