🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement robust Preventive and Predictive Maintenance systems to reduce downtime.
- Oversee shift planning, breakdown response, and root cause analysis.
- Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) across the plant to improve MTBF and OEE.
- Lead machine capacity improvement and equipment reconditioning projects.
- Ensure alignment with Preventive Maintenance Targets and monitor machine availability.
- Achieve 100% compliance with OHSAS / IATF requirements.
- Introduce poka-yoke mechanisms for process reliability and defect prevention.
- Support new project implementation and machine capability enhancement.
- Monitor and optimize usage of critical spares, focusing on cost reduction.
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Strong experience in automotive/vehicle component manufacturing plants.
- Deep knowledge of TPM, machine maintenance metrics, spare part planning, and safety compliance.
