This role is perfect for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in Production Planning and Control who are looking to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines
- Coordinate with various departments like procurement, manufacturing, and sales
- Analyze demand vs. capacity and update production plans accordingly
- Ensure inventory optimization and on-time delivery of products
- Monitor daily production reports and take corrective actions if needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the PPC process
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Must have a B.Tech or MBA from a recognized institute
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in the PPC domain
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning software/tools is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup is preferred
