🧑🎓 Qualification: B.E./M.Tech – Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
🧠 Experience: 1–5 Years
🖥️ Software Tools: CATIA V5 (Mandatory), UG NX (Preferred)
🔧 Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 for 3D finish model creation of BIW (Body-in-White) fixtures
- Working knowledge of UG NX is a strong plus
- Ability to generate 2D manufacturing drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Good understanding of:
- Tolerances, material specs, GD&T, and self-check processes
- Welding line processes – Spot Welding, Arc Welding
- Experience working on US & European OEM standards like Volkswagen, Audi, BMW
- Exposure to multi-tool design environments is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
