🎓 Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial & Production Engineering
🧰 Experience Required:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Assembly process
- Manpower handling
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma techniques
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor daily production plans and targets
- Optimize machine utilization and manpower deployment
- Apply Lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, TPM for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Logistics)
- Maintain production documentation for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
🎯 Key Skills Required:
- Good understanding of shop-floor operations and assembly workflows
- Proficiency in quality systems, safety protocols, and lean tools
- Capable of leading and motivating operators and small teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication and coordination skills
