🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Improve Lot Acceptance Rate (LAR) by addressing part quality concerns
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce Line Rejection Numbers (LRN)
- Strengthen systems for incoming inspection and failure analysis
- Coordinate with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions
- Work on improving lab infrastructure, inspection tools, and quality check procedures
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in mechanical engineering with a passion for quality systems
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in incoming quality assurance, supplier interaction, and documentation
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection standards, and root cause analysis
- Good communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
- Exposure to ISO/TS/Lean practices will be a plus
