🎓 Educational Qualification
All candidates must have completed full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (4-year course) with Pass Class in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

- Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering

💰 Salary & Benefits
🛠 Project Engineer:
- 1st Year: ₹40,000
- 2nd Year: ₹45,000
- 3rd Year: ₹50,000
- 4th Year: ₹55,000
- Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000 after 4 years
- ₹12,000/year additional allowance
👷♂️ Trainee Engineer:
- 1st Year: ₹30,000
- 2nd Year: ₹35,000
- 3rd Year: ₹40,000
- ₹12,000/year additional allowance
🧪 Selection Process
- Trainee Engineer: Written Test (100 marks, 90 mins, 0.25 negative mark)
- Project Engineer: Written Test + Interview
- Written Test: 85 marks
- Shortlisted in 1:5 ratio for Interview
Pass Marks:
- General/OBC/EWS/SC: 35%
- ST/PwBD: 30%
