• Position: Jr. Engineer / Engineer – Maintenance (Robotics Welding)

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Fanuc robotic welding systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and robotic issues in the welding shop
• Monitor and improve machine uptime, optimize MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and analyze MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
• Ensure smooth operation of welding equipment and automation lines
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance logs and reports as per standard procedures

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in the sheet metal industry
• Proven hands-on expertise in Fanuc robot maintenance
• Good understanding of robotic welding systems and control logic
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs – MTTR, MTBF, and root cause analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
