12+ Years (Automotive / OEM systems)
🎓 Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
🧩 Role Overview:
This is a senior leadership role focused on quality systems and OEM engagement. The selected candidate will not be involved in daily QA/QC but will instead take charge of:
- Systems compliance
- Audit management
- Customer-facing quality governance
- Cross-functional process alignment
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ QMS Strategy & Compliance
- Lead QMS implementation across all plants aligned to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
- Conduct gap analysis, audits, and ensure process documentation & compliance
- Drive Management Review Meetings (MRM) and monitor QMS KPIs
✅ Audit Management
- Plan & execute internal audits
- Handle external audits from certifying agencies and OEMs
- Ensure closure of NCRs through 8D, CAPA, RCA, and verification
✅ OEM System Interface
- Coordinate OEM documentation, audits, and system-level engagements
- Act as the single point of contact for OEM system compliance
- Support new OEM onboarding from the QMS readiness angle
✅ Process Excellence
- Promote TPM, TQM, Lean, Six Sigma culture across teams
- Conduct process standardization, risk mitigation, and training sessions
