🔍 Role & Responsibilities:
As the Senior Manager – Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring operational reliability and machine performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and monitoring preventive & predictive maintenance systems to reduce downtime.
- Effective shift manpower planning and breakdown management.
- Deploying TPM systems to enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and MTBF.
- Capacity improvement and reconditioning of plant equipment.
- Monitoring Breakdown % vs Available Production Hours.
- Meeting preventive maintenance targets with 100% compliance.
- Ensuring alignment with OHSAS & IATF standards.
- Enhancing Poka-yoke implementation and reducing process failures.
- Supporting process and project engineering for upgrades and new installations.
- Planning critical spare parts inventory and driving cost reduction.
✅ Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Proven experience in heavy-duty maintenance within a manufacturing plant.
- Deep understanding of TPM, machine reliability, and maintenance metrics.
- Knowledge of poka-yoke, defect prevention systems, and engineering process improvement.
- Strong leadership to manage and mentor the maintenance team.
- Compliance-driven mindset to meet quality and safety certifications.
