🔧 Position: Plant Head – Die Casting
📍 Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand
🕑 Experience: 20+ Years (Automotive or Auto Components Industry preferred)
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire plant operations of die casting (HPDC / LPDC / GDC)
- Oversee production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance
- Drive cost reduction, enhance productivity, and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage a large cross-functional team with a strong focus on safety & compliance
- Liaise with corporate and customer teams to meet operational expectations
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and other industry best practices
🎯 Required Expertise:
- Strong experience in High Pressure / Low Pressure / Gravity Die Casting
- Proven leadership in managing large manufacturing setups
- Exposure to automotive quality standards and certifications (IATF, ISO, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team-building skills
