🧪 About the Role:
As a part of the EV Battery R\&D team, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and optimization of battery packs, modules, BMS, and related EV systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineers to create next-generation lithium-ion battery solutions.
🔧 Responsibilities May Include:
- Design and development of battery modules and packs
- Collaborating with suppliers on battery components and technology validation
- Working on 3D modeling, thermal management, and structural analysis
- Involvement in prototyping, testing, and quality validation
- Support for BMS integration and pack-level electronics design
🎯 Candidate Profile:
- 2–8 years of hands-on experience in battery design and development
- Experience in EV battery pack/module integration, BMS, or thermal systems
- Familiarity with CAD tools and automotive development standards
- Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
