   📌 Experience: 14+ Years
   🎯 Expertise in tool room operations, new product development, and design.
2. Manager / Senior Manager – Plant Quality Head
   📌 Experience: 14+ Years
   ✅ Must have experience with OEMs like MSIL / HMSI.
   🎯 Strong leadership in quality systems & customer management.
3. Engineer / Senior Engineer – Quality
   📌 Experience: 4+ Years
   🎯 Exposure to quality systems, audits, and inspection procedures in sheet metal.
4. Engineer / Senior Engineer – Production (Weld Shop)
   📌 Experience: 4+ Years
   🎯 Hands-on experience in welding processes and production supervision.

✅ Preferred Skills:

• Sheet metal component experience
• OEM customer handling
• Knowledge of quality standards (IATF, ISO)
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing shopfloor practices
