🛠️ Job Role & Responsibilities:
JTEKT India is looking for a skilled SharePoint and PowerApps Developer to join their IT team. If you’re passionate about automation, business process improvement, and low-code development platforms, this role is for you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business needs, define workflows, and build process documentation.
- Design user-friendly forms in Power Apps with validation, field conditions, and approval logic.
- Create and configure SharePoint lists, metadata columns, and views for streamlined document tracking.
- Develop multi-level approval workflows using Power Automate, including trigger logic and escalations.
- Perform UAT and implement feedback for seamless deployment.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Power Apps and SharePoint development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Power Apps, Power Automate
- SharePoint Online, SPFx
- JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON
- C#, XML
- Visual Studio and IIS deployments
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Certifications or completed projects in Power Platform would be a big plus.
