– Assist in organizing training sessions, identifying employee skill gaps, and supporting learning initiatives.
🔹 HR Operations
– Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking for seamless HR functioning.

– Support in monitoring HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal compliance.
