Minda Corporation Limited is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support – In-Process Quality Assurance professional to join their team in Noida. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process quality inspections on the shop floor
• Monitor and ensure quality at every production stage
• Coordinate with production teams for quick corrective actions
• Analyze trends in quality data to reduce rework and rejection
• Maintain documentation and compliance records
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous quality improvement

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
