Position: Engineer – QMS
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Plot No 25, Road No 24, KIADB Industrial Area, Vasanthnarasapura, Kora Hobli, Tumkur District, Karnataka

✅ Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of AS9100D – Quality Management System standards
• Basic working knowledge of FAI (First Article Inspection) as per AS9102
• Ability to handle Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA) and use 7 QC Tools
• Exposure to internal audits and handling customer audits & approvals
• Creation and updating of Work Instructions and SOPs
• Good knowledge of Core Tools:
  • APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 45001 (EHS) compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and training abilities

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in QMS (preferably aerospace or manufacturing)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Comfortable in managing audits and process documentation
