This is a leadership role suited for an experienced HSE professional who can drive compliance, lead safety initiatives, and ensure environmental governance across operations.
📌 Position Details
- Position: Head – HSE (Designation: AGM / DGM)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Industry: Manufacturing (Machining & Fabrication Operations)
- Experience Required: 15+ Years (with minimum 5 years in a leadership role)
🔍 Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HSE functions across manufacturing units
- Implement and monitor critical safety programs, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Drive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and reporting
- Supervise and ensure compliance with BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting)
- Promote a culture of safety-first, conduct audits, safety drills, and employee training
- Collaborate with plant and operations heads to develop and monitor EHS KPIs
- Ensure full alignment with national and international HSE standards
👤 Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences (preferred)
- In-depth understanding of machining/fabrication operations and related safety practices
- Proficient in HSE documentation, audits, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with BRSR and ESG frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills
