Neel Metal Products Ltd, part of the renowned JBM Group, is seeking a skilled professional for their Welding Fixture and Process Design & Development team at Pune.
âś… Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development projects – from concept to production.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams.
- Develop and validate sheet metal parts tooling and welding fixtures using tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
- Create and review technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, material selection, and support prototyping.
- Ensure all development aligns with customer and industry standards.
- Support continuous improvement in product design and development.
đź’Ľ Technical Skills Required:
- Welding Processes & Fixture Design
- PPAP, FMEA, APQP, TPM, TQM
- CAD Tools: AutoCAD, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, CATIA
- SAP, MS Office
- Understanding of Dies, Process Planning, and Sheet Metal
