🛠️ Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes: Machining, Forging, Plastic & Rubber Molding
2. Exposure to special processes such as Heat Treatment, DIP Painting, Plating, Powder Coating
3. VDA 6.3 Qualified Process Auditor with valid 5th-day Oral Test Pass Certificate
4. Skilled in engineering drawing interpretation & Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
5. Proficient in quality tools like SPC, Control Plan, PFMEA, 7 QC Tools
6. Analytical approach using CAPA, 8D, Why-Why Analysis
7. Good communication skills – both verbal and written
8. Basic knowledge of DOL (Direct Online) concept
9. Coordinate with the Incoming Quality Team for handling daily line and incoming issues
10. Responsible for Supplier Audits and preparing Monthly MIS Reports
