🔍 About the Role:
Sandhar Group is looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive (Male candidates only) for its Plant HR operations in Manesar. The selected candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions, playing a key role in strengthening people processes and employee engagement at the manufacturing site.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive attitude with ability to handle shopfloor HR challenges
- Prior experience in a plant/manufacturing HR role preferred
