📌 Job Details:
- Position: Senior Product Design Engineer – Clutch Systems
- Location: Hosur
- Industry: Automotive (OEM/Component Manufacturing)
- Experience: Minimum 6 Years
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop clutch systems and components
- Prepare 2D & 3D drawings using CREO
- Conduct FEA, simulations, and technical calculations
- Create and maintain installation space drawings, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Work on FMEA, design validation, failure analysis, benchmarking, and compliance documentation
- Manage design reports, BOM, change notices, and maintain project records
✅ Key Skills Required:
- Solid understanding of clutch systems, automobile components, and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in CREO, GD&T, 2D Drafting
- Experience with SAP/PLM systems
- Familiarity with R&D tools, failure analysis, and product lifecycle documentation
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
