Meneta Auto Components Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in automotive components manufacturing, is looking for a highly skilled Manager / Sr. Manager – Engineering Design & Development to lead and optimize our engineering functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in welding, product validation, and automotive design processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of welding processes and troubleshooting
• Well-versed with IATF 16949 standards and implementation
• Preparation and handling of APQP & PPAP documentation
• Sound knowledge of sheet metal component manufacturing
• Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Handle PV Shoe Development and Welding Fixture Development
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the plant

🎓 Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
