🔹 Position: QMS Head
📍 Location: Nathupur, Kundli – Sonipat, Haryana
🏭 Industry: Automobile – Electroplating on Plastic, Injection Moulding, Paint Shop, Toolroom, CAD
🧑💼 Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in the Auto Industry
💰 Salary: No bar for the right candidate
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) as per IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 compliance
- Oversee quality across processes including electroplating on plastics, injection moulding, paint shop, toolroom
- Manage and coordinate internal audits, third-party audits, and customer audits
- Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC implementation across departments
- Monitor quality KPIs and ensure zero-defect delivery
- Handle RCA and CAPA for customer complaints
- Work with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
✅ Desired Skills:
- Deep expertise in Electroplating on Plastic for automotive parts
- Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer audit handling
- Strong in quality tools like 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram
- Technical knowledge in CAD, Toolroom, Paint Shop, Injection Moulding
- Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills
